On March 18, 2020, we issued a press release announcing the withdrawal of our fiscal year 2020 revenue and earnings guidance as a result of the increasing uncertainty related to the potential impact of COVID-19 on our global business operations. We are not providing updated guidance at this time. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y., March 18, 2020 – Steve Madden (Nasdaq: SHOO), a leading designer and marketer of fashion-forward footwear, accessories and apparel for women, men and children, today announced the withdrawal of its fiscal year 2020 revenue and earnings guidance as a result of the increasing uncertainty related to the potential impact of COVID-19 on the Company’s global business operations. Steve Madden is not providing updated guidance at this time.
