Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.


On July 31, 2020, Steven Madden, Ltd. ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") announced that we have restored the full salaries of our employees, including our President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Merchandising Officer, to pre-COVID-19 reduction levels. Steven Madden, our founder and Creative and Design Chief, and Edward Rosenfeld, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will voluntarily continue to forego their entire salary, and our Board of Directors will continue to forego their cash compensation. We previously reduced the salaries of our employees as a precautionary measure in response to COVID-19's impact on our liquidity and financial flexibility, as reported in our Current Report on Form 8-K furnished on March 30, 2020. Restoration of our employees' salaries will become effective as of August 1, 2020.
